CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
At Plangamy Education Private Limited, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you wish to cancel your order or enrollment, we are here to assist. Below are the cancellation and refund policies applicable on Plangamy’s website:
1.1. Cancellation Requests
- We accept cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to connect@plangamy.com with the registered email ID and phone number or by calling us at +91 8810323979.
1.2. Refunds for Language Courses
- All language courses include a trial period of 07 days or the first 3 classes during the starting week of the course.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 07 days or before attending the first three classes if the course does not meet expectations.
1.3. Valid Refund Requests
- Refunds are valid only if requested through an email to connect@plangamy.com or via a call to +91 8810323979 within the 07-day trial period.
1.4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 07 days of delivery or beyond the trial period.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 10 working days from the receipt of the request.
1.5. Enrollment Cancellations
- If a student wishes to cancel a confirmed enrollment via the Site or Application, the specific cancellation policy applicable to that course will govern the refund.
- No refunds will be provided for tuition sessions already delivered.
1.6. EMI Payment Refunds
- Refund eligibility for payments made through No Cost EMI options depends on the applicable financial charges and terms.
1.7. Dispute or Grievance Handling
- Any grievances regarding the Cancellation and Refund Policy can be directed to Plangamy’s Grievance Officer via connect@plangamy.com.
